This special vineyard has limestone and clay soils which give the wine its body and exotic fruitiness. Grapes are late harvested towards the end of October yet the wine retains a freshness, balance and purity. 2006 is an outstanding vintage for Soave and this wine will keep and improve for up to 12 years if carefully cellared.
