A pale straw yellow with green tints. Complex aromas of fresh peaches, grapefruit rind and cinnamon combine with spicy vanillin oak. Stone fruit and citrus flavours develop on the palate and are enhanced by a creamy texture derived from 6 months of lees stirring.
