I tremendously enjoyed its well-focused fat and flavorful character (filled with powerful earth marzipan and floral tones) yet was less enthralled by its pasty mouth-feel. If time changes that characteristic my score will appear to have been conservative. Nonetheless this is an outstanding wine.
